Really good dealership. My only service complaint is with the mechanics. They seem to pay no attention to tire pressure requirements before returning my vehicle. It should be 33. They put in 43. This is the 2nd time I have come in for an oil change on my Enclave. Both times I had an appointment and the oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours to complete. If I had just walked in and asked my Enclave. Both times I had an appointment and the oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours to complete. If I had just walked in and asked for an oil change I might expect to wait. But when I am given an appointment, I expect that to be my time for service, not my time to get in a waiting line that is brought 1.5 hours long ahead of me. I bought the 3 oil change package with my first service on the car. When the last one is used, It will be difficult to return for an oil change. More
