Took my truck in to get my cracked cluster replaced and they ended up damaging the frame around it. Once contacted about the situation the dealership NEVER returned my call to follow up and get this issue they ended up damaging the frame around it. Once contacted about the situation the dealership NEVER returned my call to follow up and get this issue resolved. They gave me the run around the entire time. Kept getting calls to replace my vehicle and every person I talked to kept saying they would refer my claim to a manager and like I said I never heard back from them. More
