Ms. Roció customer service lacks professionalism and respect. Since the moment I got to her station I felt ignored and disrespected. She didn’t greet me right away, and took lot of time to even acknowle respect. Since the moment I got to her station I felt ignored and disrespected. She didn’t greet me right away, and took lot of time to even acknowledge my presence. She was taking a customer and I can understand she was busy, though, once it was my turn she took some time to even say hello. After I discussed with her the issues my car had presented, I said to her I was going to wait there but she said that due to the issues I mentioned the car was going to stay over. I asked why she did not say anything before and all she could say was that she was sorry for not letting me know sooner. After I left the dealership, I called to ask if I could used a rental or a temporary vehicle while my car was going under inspection. I told her I was still paying it and was wondering if I could use a car. She said “in my 13 years of experience I have not heard anything like we borrowing a car, you don’t have anything purchase from use like a membership whatsoever” in that moment I felt so disrespected and belittled. I was asking a question, not telling her I wanted a car. Finally, when asking for updates in regards my car, she will reply text messages in all caps. Also, when calling me to pick up my vehicle she said “can you come and get your vehicle now”. I do understand it was late and she probably needed to go home, however, this is not a way to talk to a customer. There are ways to do so. She made me feel like She was rushing me. I’m not going to say that due to this beck n masten have lost a customer; though, I wish you guys have better customer service to everyone despite their looks or background. I want to feel respected and she did the entire opposite. I disliked her tone, the way she spoke to me and the lack of information she did not give me until last minute. I wish no one has this experience like mine ever again. More

Baytown Buick replaced my engine for $6300 but it never worked properly so I took it to Beck and Masten where I was told I needed a new catalytic converter for $2000. I’m not coming back. I purchased the oil change package but will take a loss and not return. I brought my truck to get transmission flushed,I was told it takes 3 hours when I scheduled an appointment the but will take a loss and not return. I dropped it off and she said she would call. 4 hours later I called and couldn’t get her so I texted. She texted back and said they have no transmission guys available and it’ll be three days. Every time I’ve brought it for oil change it takes hours. I’m going to take a loss on my prepaid oil change program and not coming back. Too expensive, and not efficient. Last Saturday when I dropped off my truck she tried to sell me everything under the sun. Then I ended up coming back to get my truck without getting anything done. Now I’m done. Won’t buy from there or get service. I had good luck with Frany and Gaby when I had recall work done previously, they were on top of their job. More
