I’m not coming back. I purchased the oil change package but will take a loss and not return. I brought my truck to get transmission flushed,I was told it takes 3 hours when I scheduled an appointment the but will take a loss and not return. I dropped it off and she said she would call. 4 hours later I called and couldn’t get her so I texted. She texted back and said they have no transmission guys available and it’ll be three days. Every time I’ve brought it for oil change it takes hours. I’m going to take a loss on my prepaid oil change program and not coming back. Too expensive, and not efficient. Last Saturday when I dropped off my truck she tried to sell me everything under the sun. Then I ended up coming back to get my truck without getting anything done. Now I’m done. Won’t buy from there or get service. I had good luck with Frany and Gaby when I had recall work done previously, they were on top of their job. More
