We came over after work, obviously not in clean attire. Tanner did not seek any interest in our want to purchase. Not only did Tanner also get his supervisor who I would imagine is aware of the current inventory along with the future inventory as well. Both did not take in what we had our minds set on. So my wife and I decided to just leave. As we were walking out we were able to meet two young ladies named Enna and Ada. Enna and Ada were very attentive and took note of what we were inquiring. No longer than 24 hours we received a call from Enna and who found what we were looking for. We came in that same day to make our purchase. I would be lying if I said the visit was pleasant but we noticed Tanner throwing his hand up in a motion as in what we are doing here. Not only did we feel uncomfortable but also unwanted with his body language. But since we were pleased with the finding of Enna we continued and bought our beautiful GMC Sierra Denali. More
Service was poor, dealership kept my truck for two weeks to change two tires, tires that I had to find and bring to them. When all was done, I picked up the truck to find the spare tire was still in the bed to change two tires, tires that I had to find and bring to them. Unfortunately we were unable to address the issue. The new vehicle we purchased had 1,000 miles on it. We were told it was only driven by sales. The morning after the purchase we noticed both rims on the new vehicle we purchased had 1,000 miles on it. We were told it was only driven by sales. The morning after the purchase we noticed both rims on the drivers side had a scratch on them. The dealership made the repair on the rims. A few weeks later out front tire had a blow out, apparently due to damage during this initial time frame. The dealership/service department refused to replace the tire which this issue could have caused us an accident because the staff damaged this car and did not report it. Now as the buyer, I am stuck with this expense. Unfortunately the dealership has now lost a once loyal repeat customer. More

Takes forever to get a service agent to call you back, while they hold your car hostage. She left me a message that my car had been diagnosed and asked me call call back.
