I was trying to buy a very difficult to find vehicle (2024 Denali Ultimate 2500 HD) for a 5000 mile trip we have planned in the fall. We could not order the vehicle and have it arrive in time for our trip. Ada first had me as a backup deal for a truck in case the person who ordered it backed out. When another buyer backed out Ada immediately called me and we had a deal done. And it was the exact truck I was looking for (color and all options). Then when I could not pickup the truck for a couple of weeks. Ada drove the truck 300 miles to deliver it and pickup my trade. Ada is absolutely committed to making sure she understands her customers and that they are taken care of! A great buying experience! Overall the entire Beck and Masten South team were great to work with. But Ada is a true gem as she kept her eye on the ball and found me the truck I need when I needed it. Great job Ada! More

The person that I dealt with by email and phone was the person I thought I was going to be dealing with and she referred me to the manager on the day I was scheduled to see the car.
