I completely screwed up my order or a new Jeep 4xe. Entirely my fault. The car was delivered, I discovered my mistake and they took it back and ordered a new one for me. No hassle, no questions. Lisa always followed up on my order, the car was ready when I got there, she took me through everything, all my paperwork was prepared (I was in and out of the dealer in less than 20 minutes!). After lots of crappy experiences, this was, without a doubt, my best experience buying a new car. More
