Very positive as expected for a premium brand. I took my A7 in routine maintenance and had no problem at all. They took my car right away and in an hour and a half I was on my way home. My salesperson, Derek Rieckhoff, did everything possible to make a remote transaction feel as if I were at the dealership. He was friendly, courteous and answered all of my questions and concerns. The finance manager (who was my former sales person) Ryan Schmidt, continues to be outstanding at what he does. He makes you feel very comfortable when closing the transaction and does a great job of securing the best possible financing, in a quick and professional manner. He checked with me about my must have options in the car and made sure they have the car in the inventory that matched that criteria and helped me get a good deal. During the entire process, Marc never pushed me to make a decision right away, he gave me enough time to make an informed decision.
