Honestly, I researched Audi and came in with a style and price in mind. Steve was the 1st person that acknowledge me in the lobby of the dealership. A few of the other salesmen had passed me by (probably because I was under dressed and look extremely young), but he didn't hesitate to assist. I am in sales/service industry myself, so I tend to hold people to a higher standard and don't settle for mediocre. Steve allowed me to test drive the cars and gave me some comparable prices (I was working with another dealership and I wanted to see if they could beat it). Eventually I decided on the s5 vs. the a5 and Steve was able to have the exact color combo shipped to the dealership the next day. He took his time to setup both of my cellphones (personal and business), showed me how all the functionalities work, etc. Steve continues to be easily accessible even after my purchase and answers any questions/concerns I may have. I will continue to refer family/friends to Steve specifically. Thank you for assisting me with my (current) dream car, until I get bored and need a convertible! More
