This review is long due but better late than never. This past summer (2013), we were shopping for smaller SUVs and narrowed it down to a BMW X3 and an Audi Q5. The X3 was certainly a nice car, but having al past summer (2013), we were shopping for smaller SUVs and narrowed it down to a BMW X3 and an Audi Q5. The X3 was certainly a nice car, but having already purchased 2 BMWs we were leaning towards the Audi, so we went to Bell Audi and were greeted by their staff and introduced to Rami Ayyash. As just noted we have purchased several cars over the years including 2 BMWs, but right from the beginning we sensed that this would be a good buying experience simply because of the person we were working with. We connected well with him right from the onset. Rami is a down to earth, super friendly and might I add a family oriented kind of guy. I say this because unlike some other places we have visited, Rami was more than accomodating considering we had our 2 year old car shopping with us as well. We initially test drove a Q5 2.0T in mid to late June 2013. He never ever pressued us to go through with any sale and on the contrary talked us through various things to ensure we were buying what was best suited to us. A few weeks later when we came back in July we had decided to go for the more powerful engine offered- the 3.0T, S Line, which is what we ultimately purchased. Rami is very passionate about cars so he is certainly in the right place, and this passion comes through in his work. He is very patient, polite, courteous and respectful and knows his product very well. Agreeing on a trade in price and eventually the price of the new car was relatively a smooth process. When we were working out the financing and had come to collect the car, seems it was a religious day for him (which we learnt later at the end in casual conversation from one of the other guys in the dealership...). Nonetheless, even though it was 9pm, he apparently had not eaten and his family waiting for him at home, he patiently waited till the dealership closed, our financing and other new car paperwork was ironed out and we were fully comfortable with the features of the car before driving off the lot that night. I am sure the other individuals working at Bell Audi are probably good folks to work with as well, but I can assure you that you will not go wrong with Rami. He is one of the nicest individuals from a car sales perspective that we have ever dealt with and we look forward to purchasing another Audi model from him down the road when the time is right. This was my first time going Audi Bell and getting an Audi. The service was great and Kiki Infante was a tremendous help. Also, the fact that he spoke spanish was a plus. This is our 3rd Audi. Jason Skolnick was terrific. He gave us a great deal and had our new car ready for us in no time at all. He went over everything new and reviewed the not so new stuff . I first visited Bell in June of 2012 when I met Albert Nikansa and test drove a new 3.0T A6. Put off by a bit of sticker shock and unavailability of Quattro on the 2012 2.0T version, we delayed our search Nikansa and test drove a new 3.0T A6. Put off by a bit of sticker shock and unavailability of Quattro on the 2012 2.0T version, we delayed our search until June of 2013 when Audi had end of year inventory of the new 2.0T A6 with Quattro. So pleased with his knowledge of the car and genuine friendly approach, we phoned Albert for another test drive at that point. I was pleased with the performance, quality and economy of the 2013 A6 and Albert continued to be a pleasure to work with. With this in mind and once he verified that Bell would not lose the deal to price, it was a matter of having my wife test drive the car and going from there. Needless to say, she loved the 2.0T A6-Q and was as impressed as I with Albert. We debated colors and interiors with Albert's help and had him locate an exact vehicle from a nearby local dealer that matched our choices. He was able to do so and we went for a final test drive of a similar car while still finalizing color. At the end of the ride, we locked in on the color combo and equipment and I made Albert an offer that was aggressive but fair for the new, located vehicle. I asked him to sleep on it over the weekend. On Monday he conveniently accepted the offer, via email, as I requested and we finalized the deal with delivery in one week. Albert personally drove our car from the located dealer to Bell, confirming everything was perfect with our new A6. He went over the systems A-Z with us. The business deal was completed by one of his colleagues without a hitch, even though we through a curve ball of last minute partial financing 4 hours prior to delivery. Overall....the Bell staff is friendly and courteous. The facility is top notch and big…lots of inventory and resources…but the real attraction was the perfectly appointed A6 (without having to factory order one!) at a compelling price and having Albert navigate the entire process as smoothly as one could imagine. We worked via phone, email and text. No pressure, no fuss or hassle. An enjoyable experience, as it should be. Thank you, Albert. You earned our business. Well done. More

He let us test drive the car, but he was - Very much hell bent on closing the deal same day (I did indicate that this was a $60K commitment and needed One day to think about it. ) - He just did not listen and started to prepare the Paperwork - He was forcing me to put an Advance towards purchase of the Q7. - He just did not let this go, But once We completely refused to this, He just changed his Attitude and started to yell and talk to us in a very Disrespectfull way. - He took away all the Information and literally asked to take a Hike.
