We were greeted by the friendly front desk person who immediately offered her assistance to guide/ help us with our needs. I wanted to look at my options for potentially trading in my old Saturn for a Audi Q5. We were immediately introduced to Albert Nkansa, who then led me through the process which resulted in me closing the deal on the vehicle. Albert is exceptional at what he does, it was quite obvious from the beginning that he knows the product very well and did a great job with educating us on everything we needed to know about the vehicle. What stood out most in my mind was his patience and honesty throughout the entire process, from the road test to closing the deal with Shree Jasty. He made us feel as if we were the only clients at that time. At no point during our interaction did we feel rushed or being compelled to close any deals. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
