I can't really say enough about Albert. My personal situation was challenging so it took two visits before I could drive home with my new car. Bell Audi + Albert made the Volvo dealership I went to look like a homemade haircut. I was so new with the Audi brand, I didn't even know how the ignition key worked. Albert didn't shun me for that or for any other question I had. He took the time to hook up my iPhone4 to the car & establish the Bluetooth connection. I felt compelled to call him the next day just to let him know how much I appreciated his service. My experience at Bell Audi was unlike any other dealer (of any brand). I feel lucky that I found my car at Bell. I highly doubt that there's another Audi Dealership with an "Albert" in t he try-state area. I will be reccomending Albert to my friends who need a vehicle - new or used. More

When my husband decided to award our son for his academic well done by getting him his dream car - Audi A5, my son chose to go to his nearby Bell Audi dealer for a test-drive. Muhammad Adnan greeted us in the showroom, answered my son's questions enthusiastically. He was very honest on getting us the car we want by going thru a car swap with another dealer. He was able to locate the car right away and showed us its VIN#, options & MSRP. Upon our agreement on the price, then I signed the order and gave him the deposit. The process was fast and smooth. Within a week, Adnan drove all the way to Fairfield CT to get our car back; last night we spent less than an hour in the dealership to finish the paperworks and my son drove his dream car out of the dealer's parking lot. I was very impressed with my first experience with Audi, especially my sales advisor Albert Nkansa. You never know who you will be paired with when you walk in the door, and I'm lucky to say I got the "righ especially my sales advisor Albert Nkansa. Just professional and courteous service from beginning to end. As a former driver of Mercedes and BMW, I must admit that my A4 has to be my favorite car to date. ( ok, maybe it was my Datsun 260Z !! ) I can only hope that any future dealings with Audi will be as pleasant as the first!! More

My visit to the Bell Audi Dealership of Edison New Jersey was extremely pleasant and I would highly recommend my salesman Albert NKansa. I was interested in leasing the Q7 and was looking at the model on the sales floor. Albert Nkansa offered to take me for a test drive and within 5 minutes we were on the road. He was very confident in his vehicle and extremely knowledgeable about all its functions. After taking the test drive I knew I had to have this suv. We proceeded with the finance aspect of the lease and he understood and worked with me to get me to the payment I was comfortable with. We have serviced both our cars at the dealership for over 8 years so when it came time to replace my wife's car we spoke them first. We worked with Steve Stoop who knew what he was doing. I went to Bell Audi to see Albert because my parents purchased a new S4 from him last year and had a terrific experience. Albert was friendly, knowledgeable and no-nonsense; all qualities that my my gi purchased a new S4 from him last year and had a terrific experience. Albert was friendly, knowledgeable and no-nonsense; all qualities that my my girlfriend and I greatly appreciated. We discussed both certified pre-owned and a new 2014 A4, and from the initial meeting through the closing it seemed like Albert was there to help us find what we wanted (as opposed to "selling" us a car). We initially did not expect to purchase a new car, but got great deal and even better customer service. We're very happy with the new car and will absolutely come back to see Albert if we decide to get another Audi in the future. More

Unlike most dealers that we have dealt with in this process, he focused most of his questions towards my wife (since the car was for her). Most car dealers focus on the guy regardless of who the car is for. That was a big differentiator for us! He did not try to oversell or add options that we were not looking for. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. In the end, not only did we buy a new Q5 for my wife, I leased an A4 for myself. I have been back to the dealership a few times for different reasons and Albert is always helping people. I recomend asking for him by name and you will not be disappointed. More
