Albert was fantastic. Popped in the night before after it was actually closed to scout a pre owned BMW and Audi. Albert was still there and was kind enough to show me both vehicles on the lot. After the sale was done my CPO needed a few tings done to it Albert made sure everything was done and was in contact with me via his personal cell phone the whole time. Even after the sale he is there to answer any questions. The actually process of signing the papers and doing the financials took way too long but that was just due to the fact that they were extremely busy. Now im just waiting for a second key to be done but im sure Albert will have it sorted - ill update later. Thoroughly recommend getting in contact with him! More

I had came across Bell Audi by way of Auto Trader while looking for a decent 2007 Audi RS4 that I could purchase. Kiki was very courteous and professional, he basically did all the paperwork being in the unique situation that I'm currently deployed to Afghanistan and purchasing a car....what can I say, the car is limited production and the price was right! Kiki was patient with me the whole time even though we are literally on opposite ends of the earth, lets just say that the phone connection was not necessarily the best but Kiki worked through it with me. Now I am the proud owner of one of the cars that I thought I'd never have in a lifetime, all thanks to Kiki and Bell Audi! Allen was awesome to deal with and felt great purchasing a vehicle from a military veteran especially on Memorial Day. I was not expecting to purchase a car that day but Allen made the impossible possible and I was able to drive my Audi A5 home the same day. His knowledge and passion for quality cars is impressive and it made for a great buying experience. Three hours in the car each way but well worth the trip based on quality, selection and value.
