When it came time to upgrade I decided to give them a call. Don Rothman was the salesman that I got connected to. I was ready to buy as they had the exact model/color/options I was looking for. Don was able to get me a 2013 S4 for exactly the price I wanted. I drove there to same day to get the deal done. They even let me come back a couple days later to remove some of my mods off the car. Don personally helped wih both my old and new car. I had talked to other dealerships and everyone else wanted me to go back to stock or change this/change that. I would definitely recommend Bell Audi again. And most definitely recommend talking to Don Rothman for your next Audi. More

Someone else sold me the car but she took over for him and picked up right where he left off. She worked hard to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and was there to answer any questions I had. I do have a few complaints about the dealership in general though. The finance department was not helpful at all. When I bought the car in November the finance department quoted me a monthly payment based on a certain down payment, credit score, and loan term. When the car came in months later (February), they seemed to have misplaced my paperwork. They couldn't find/recall the monthly payment I was quoted. They couldn't even find the receipt for my deposit amount! It took them DAYS to get back to me. They never even ran a credit check on me until this point. The loan amount / length of my loan is MUCH MORE/LONGER than what I was quoted in November. I wanted the car so I agreed to the new quote despite my frustration. I was very annoyed. My temporary license plates are now expired and I still haven't been notified as to where my permanent plates are. I think that is a bit ridiculous. There is no iPhone 5 adapter for the car (it comes with an iPhone 4 jack). More

This is my 6th Audi 6, and the 5th purchased at Bell. I followed them from their former Rahway location to their current location in Edison, N.J. I've had all of these vehicles serviced at Bell and am alwa followed them from their former Rahway location to their current location in Edison, N.J. Again yesterday, the car was picked up on time by valet service, work was performed as requested, called to notify me when work was done without problem and with no unexpected issues. Purchasing the new car was effortless. Steve Stoop and I spoke over the phone one day for a few minutes, and next I knew I was picking up the car a few days later. Had a great experience in 2004 when I purchased my A4 from Bell. So I decided to take my business back to them. Their new facility is one of the nicest I've seen. They were very busy when I went in, as it was a Saturday, so I needed to wait for a salesman. The receptionist took down my cell phone number and called once someone was available. I met with Adnan and he sat me down and reviewed which car I wanted and explained the price differences between leasing/financing. Next, we went for a test-drive and he explained all of the features that makes Audi one of the best luxury sedan's in it's class (if not the best). Once we got back, we began to review numbers and I decided that leasing would make the most sense for me. I traded in my 2004 A4 during this purchase and was out with my new 2013 A4 the same day. The whole process took about 3.5 hours (didn't feel that long). I'd recommend Adnan and Bell Audi to anyone. More
