This is the second time I do a deal with Albert Nkansa. He made things extraordinarily easy for me. The original car I purchased suffered from a technical issue (a seal from the gas tank failed and the int He made things extraordinarily easy for me. The original car I purchased suffered from a technical issue (a seal from the gas tank failed and the interior of the car smelled like gasoline very bad) the guys at the dealer did a good job getting me into a new car. Albert promise me that he was going to help me, and he truly did. I meet with Albert, he noticed I didn't have a lot of time so he proposed that I leave and do the things I needed to take care of, while he make sure my new car was ready, then he personally delivered the car to my office with all the paperwork included. It was already late during the day but he still offered to go over the car and explain some of the new features of the model. To make things even better, few minutes after He left my office, Albert called to my cell to make sure I was comfortable with the car. That is great service and customer attention. My experience with Albert has been nothing but great. He delivered what he promised in a very professional manner. More

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Bell Audi in Edison. In November of 2009 I purchased my 2010 Ibis white Audi S5 and in September 2012, a Panther black 2013 Rs5 from Albert at Bell Audi. Althou Edison. In November of 2009 I purchased my 2010 Ibis white Audi S5 and in September 2012, a Panther black 2013 Rs5 from Albert at Bell Audi. Although there are closer Audi dealerships to where I leave, I’ve always been treated with service that exceeds my expectations which keeps me coming back. Everyone from the valet service to the personal service advisors to the general manager have always been courteous and extremely helpful. Albert, who was my salesman, went above and beyond to assist me with any questions that I had and even delivered the vehicle personally to my home. I look forward to working with Bell Audi again when it’s time to move into the R8 ! ! More

I saved over two thousand dollars getting my car serviced here. They KNOW what needs to be done and more importantly they know what does NOT need to be done. I went to another Audi dealership in Eatontown here. They KNOW what needs to be done and more importantly they know what does NOT need to be done. I went to another Audi dealership in Eatontown first and it was obvious that customer satisfaction nor creating value for their customer was a priority for them. They never responded to me after I took the time to respond to their automated customer service evaluation request expressing my unhappiness with the quality of their service. The folks at Bell Audi know how to do business and maintain a life long customer. I am very happy and the two thousand dollars I saved by NOT servicing my car with Eatontown for things I didn't need was WELL WORTH the extra 10 minutes in distance from my home! Shop around before you choose a dealer and definitely check out Bell Audi. Jonathan Kiwacz was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kudos to him and Bell Audi. Purchased my 2011 Audi A4 at another Audi dealership. However, I was drawn to this dealer last year mainly due to their Stasis tie up. It was also based on good reviews that I've read online. I've had my 5k and a Stasis ECU upgrade last year and very recently my 15k/1yr service. Jonathan had been my service adviser on my Stasis upgrade and 15k service. He was very professional and provided me with all the details of the services and answers to my questions. He provided me with updates regularly. If they continue their great service, I would definitely continue going to this dealer. More

I brought my car in without an appointment for a leak in a tire. They took me promptly and replaced the tire at no cost, as I had purchased the wheel/tire warentee at the time I bought the car. The service was outstanding in that I was taken immediately and got my car back in about one hour. The staff was very helpful and had a back-up plan in case the replaceemtn tire was not in stock, but we got plan A to work. I highly recommend Bell Audi and for service work, Richard Moretti as an expert service advisor. More
They advertised on multiple sites a 2008 TT as having a Navigation system, but uploaded no photos online. After a week of emailing requests to the dealership for photos, sales person Steve Stoop emailed m Navigation system, but uploaded no photos online. After a week of emailing requests to the dealership for photos, sales person Steve Stoop emailed me saying they didn't take photos because it was raining. He then sent me 5 photos from his iPhone of the advertized car, yet none of the photos were of the interior center dashboard. I then negotiated an acceptable price, but asked Steve to verify the car had Navigation. With total apathy over this potential sale, Steve confirmed over the phone the car did have this option, and said he would send me the purchase order the next morning. I asked that he send me a photo to prove his statement. The next afternoon, after several unreturned calls to the dealership in the morning, Steve Stoop sent me a one lined email: “I’m sorry for the confusion, but the car does not have navigation”. This was a complete waste of my time. I see the ad still remains as of 8/31/2012 on multiple sites stating this Vehicle has Navigation. VIN# TRUAF38JX81000357 More
