I had been looking for a pre-owned Q-7's at other dealerships closer to my house. Found one I was interested at Bell, called and spoke to Ramzi. I went into the dealershp for a problem with my oil, an ongoing issue, and I left with a new car. Working with Ramzi Amawi was very easy and enjoyable. He made is easy for me to lease my car and leave my ongoing issue, and I left with a new car. Working with Ramzi Amawi was very easy and enjoyable. I would have like to see the audi care included but i instead had to pay fro it, which i did not have to do with my old lease, other than that everything was very smooth. I rated a 3 on the price b/c in putting 5000.00 down and having to pay for audi care i feel i should have gottena slightly lower monthly payment but that was the best offering. I lked working with Ramzi bc it was too the point, in speaking with him, he got me what i wanted, granted i would have liked another color onthe exterior, but at the time it was all they had so i took it. I am though extremely happy with it. My experience with him was more thorough then with my last sales man and he also made it clear that in the future i can call him directly to set up anything i need with the car service, I felt comfortable wtih his words and I will absolutley take him up on that offer. I also had the pleasre of doing my paperwork wtih Jack Russell, who was outstanding. He made me feel comfortable, and went through the paperwork in detail, but did not take up too much time. He was an absolute pleaseure to work with. Overall my experience wa great, as long as I stay with Audi i will contiune to go to Ramzi, and refer anyone in the market to him. More

He has continued to keep in touch and offered his cell phone for us to call if we needed anything or just couldn't figure out how to use one of the many features of the car.
