When I was going to do the car pick-up I got trapped on some work related issues and got to the dealer late. While still on my way Albert called me to see if everything was ok and if I needed to reschedule. I got to the dealer and my car was parked at the front of the dealer waiting for me. He went over all the features of the car very thoroughly and answered all my questions. Even the paperwork part was nice and smooth, when I left the dealer I was comparing this experience with Princeton BMW and was night and day difference. Excellent service!!! We had a great experience purchasing our Q7 TDI from Bell Audi and Kiki Infante. We got there on what seemed to be the busiest day ever but weren't rushed at all. There was one part missing that we noticed later on at home and Kiki went out of his way and personally delivered it although we live 50+ miles from the dealership. Yes, I will be going back for my next Audi there but will be sure to talk to the financing department about those few thousand in fees they charge just for putting your signature on the document... guess that's the only way to keep those banks going nowadays.
