We drove almost 200 miles from DC to purchase a certified pre-owned 2008 A6, which we had found online. The car was exactly like Ramzi Amawi had described it on the phone, in great condition, and very clean pre-owned 2008 A6, which we had found online. We made a refundable down-payment before we left DC and Ramzi had placed it on hold for us, which gave us peace of mind. There were two small misunderstandings - first we thought the car was equipped with Navigation but it wasn't, and we were under the assumption that we could use multiple credit cards to pay for a portion of the vehicle, but it turns out you can only charge up to $3,000 on a single card, not $3,000 each on several cards. So we ended up financing slightly more than we anticipated, which was no big deal. After multiple discussions and requests, the price was lowered a few hundred dollars due to the missing Navigation issue - thanks again to Jack Russell! We are very happy with our purchase and love the new car. Everybody at Bell Audi was highly professional, helpful and competent. Ramzi has followed up with us several times since then and all details have been worked and resolved to our fullest satisfaction. The service experience was extraordinary and we would buy again from Bell Audi anytime. More

about Ramzi, he is the man, knows everything and anything in detail. experience was great and price was actually lower than what i thought for the model i select, i selected A4 2008 20,000 miles and i loved in detail. experience was great and price was actually lower than what i thought for the model i select, i selected A4 2008 20,000 miles and i loved the car when i drive but i didn't say anything until we went back to dealership after test drive and after setting on the table within 10 mins deal was done, all thanks to Ramzi and as he says " he runs his own office and he don't have to do in and out to manager's cabin". we made a deal in 10 mins and so easy and quick. i tried to bargain and we meet at the mid point and that's it. i am happy with car and price, what else you need and made a new friend "Ramzi" very large inventory this dealership has and all the models are less mileage and better price. thanks man Amar Patel More

I can't say enough about the great customer service I received when I stopped in to begin my search for a new car. I explained what I was looking for, we sat down and discussed the options available that fit my needs and budget. After a few test drives, my new car search was over, no need to even look anywhere else! Ramzi took the time to make sure I was really satisfied with my decision, and made the rest of the process very easy. What was going to be the first stop on a long day of shopping turned out to be the only one necessary, and in no time I was driving away in my new car. I'd RECOMMEND FOR NEW SALES ONLY because of the price, NOT recommend for service!! First ordered my Audi Q7 TDI in December 2010. We got an excellent price because they work with USAA Auto Circle. The price quoted from USAA was the exact price we paid for the car. No surprises and we were in and out within 45 minutes with an ordered Audi and 12 weeks until delivery. 11 weeks later, I called to see if we were still on target for delivery. My salesperson no longer worked with the dealership and they would have the sales manager, Vinnie, call me back with another salesperson. After two days, I HAD to CALL AGAIN!!! Why did I HAVE TO CALL AGAIN?? When they have to pass off information to another associate, there is no communication, no follow up. I was assigned to Zaneta. She was great!! Always followed up with me when I asked her questions. Email was better, could never get her on the phone. Now fast forward to my first service. The service associate assigned to my vehicle was fine, took all my information, etc. HOWEVER, when I called back to see if the car was done, that service associate had left for the day for training and I was assigned ANOTHER service associate. That associate had NO IDEA what was going on with my vehicle. Then he called back saying it was done and I could pick it up. When I did pick up NO ONE could tell me what was done, no service associates were there. The next day they called back saying the DIDN'T perform the service and they need the vehicle BACK!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! When they have to pass my vehicle on to another associate whether it be sales or service, they don't communicate with each other and the next person seems to drop the ball!!! It has happened more than these two particular times. Just too much to write. I do have to say WHEN I DO get the attention of a sales or service associate they are very knowledgeable and friendly.
