The relationship w/ Bell Audi was a bit of a rocky start but their professionalism and drive to close a deal shone through; and eventually netted Bell Audi with a new customer. Bell Audi maintained their integrity through the process. Kiki was very responsive and courtous despite his very busy schedule. He seems to be with someone during my three visit. The leasing/finance process was a bit of a wait but they apologized and provided timely updates while we were in queue. Overall, it was a positive experience. We are long time Lexus owners and were tired of our LS 460 and wanted to trade down to a smaller, sportier sedan. We looked at the Lexus, the BMW 3 Series, Infiniti and a local Audi dealer. The Audi was 460 and wanted to trade down to a smaller, sportier sedan. We looked at the Lexus, the BMW 3 Series, Infiniti and a local Audi dealer. The Audi was the superior choice but the financial package (lease & trade in value) was way off the mark by quite a wide margin. Instead of settling for another car I decided to search the internet for another dealer. That took us to Bell Audi and eventually Marc. I spoke with him on the phone several times, told him exactly what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. On the last call he assured me we had the basis for a deal and that I should come over. The rest is history; Marc lived up to his word and spent a considerable amount of time with us while going through the preparation process. Jack Russell was equally nice and very professional. He explained everything we needed to know about the lease and also provided an effective soft sell of Audi Care and Tire Protection. Earlier in the week my daughter leased a Honda and I can tell you that experience was quite poor. Collectively, it was a great experience and we are glad to leave Lexus behind More

Visited dealer to lease new A4. Also was able to visit other dealers prior to final descicion. Went back to Bell and Kiki because of the great, timely communication and availability of the car I wanted. other dealers prior to final descicion. Kiki was proffesional, and quick. He understood my needs and was able to fit me into a car, at a price that was fair(not what i was looking for but fair). So far, car is great, I am very happy with the Audi care program that takes care of my oil changes($10 extra/month). The only suggestions I would make is to have more than one finance manager on a busy Saturday.... More

I live in New York and tried two Audi dealers near me that basically treated me like trash. Kiki from Bell contacted me from a search I did on-line (and at first I blew him off because I didn't want to b that basically treated me like trash. Kiki from Bell contacted me from a search I did on-line (and at first I blew him off because I didn't want to buy the car in New Jersey). However, after my experience with the other two dealers, and the fact that Kiki came across so professional; I decided to give Bell a try before moving on to a different car manufacturer. Not only was Kiki great on the phone but also in person. In fact everyone at Bell treated me like I was a friend and in the end I got an A4 Premium Quattro (which I've been driving for three weeks now and love!) at a fair price. I was amazed at how Bell made the car buying experience almost seamless and took care of all the details. I was just there again today, to pick up some cleaning supplies, and met John McAloose, the Parts Manager who treated me both professionally and as a valued customer. This has without a doubt been the best car buying experience I've had and it has made me a Bell customer for life. In a year or so I'm hoping to give the A4 to my son as a present for college graduation and go back to Kiki for an S5 Convertible (the true car of my dreams). If I'm treated as well the second time around I can certainly see Bell becoming a family tradition. A quick note about the car, if you've never drove an Audi Quattro before, it handles very well on dry ground; however the Quattro really impressed me the first time I drove it in the rain - it handles as if the road is dry. After traveling 6+ hours to purchase a 2005 Audi A4 Avant from this dealership within 2 weeks I found out the vehicle was sold to me with a wheel cracked in two locations. The tire did appear slightly low upon inspection of the car so I asked Peter Costigan to have the maintenance staff to look at this before we went any further and he reported that it was just a little low and there were no problems. There should be no way any staff, even new poorly trained staff, could overlook such a huge safety hazard. I should have been clued in when he was more concerned about telling me his number 6 national audi sales level and how he sold a car to Justin Timberlake rather than answering my questions. I attempted phone contact with the appropriate staff 6 times over the course of a month and attempted to contact via email. Only after a month did I first receive a return email. Never received any phone call or offer to assist in any way. Not only was this horrible customer service and pitiful maintenance, but my life and the life of my wife was put at risk with such gross neglect of basic maintenance assessment of the vehicle. It would have had to be apparently obvious if the vehicles are even checked before being resold due to the tire becoming flat in a week's time. This issue was never resolved. I simply had no time to deal with it anymore and could not drive 6+ hours several until they could offer me some replacement, that is if I could even get in touch with someone. Therefore I cut my loses and used the spare and purchased a new spare on Ebay. Now 6 months later I have been attempting to make phone contact with Mohamed Data the business manager to cancel a warranty I purchased. Audi Pure Protection's policy is you must cancel it through the dealer you purchased the vehicle at. So here I sit two and a half weeks later with a warranty I can't seem to cancel (my prorated money that I want back) and no return contact from Bell Audi. Paul Schwab was the only professional staff I encountered during my time at Bell Audi. Please strongly consider other Audi dealerships and options if you are looking to purchase an Audi. This dealership is a disgrace to the Audi brand. More
