This past Saturday as I was driving through NJ on my way to South Carolina I got a nail in my tire. I called Bell Audi as they were the closest to my location. A woman answered my call, took my tire size and put me on hold. I was on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to see if they had the tire in stock. When she finally returned to the phone she hung up on me. I called right back and got her on the line again. No apology for hanging up. She put me on hold again, not for as long this time and came back saying the tire wasn’t in stock. Not being from the area I asked if she could check other locations: she said no. I then asked if she could direct me to other local dealers, she gave me a location I’m Canada!!! My situation wasn’t bad enough, I had to deal with this total Incompetence. I wasted close to an hour on the phone when I could have been looking into other options. Ended up having to stay in Nj for the weekend. I was able to locate a tire at Audi Meadowlands on Monday morning. I would never use Bell Audi if I lived in the area!’ Terrible customer service. Audi Meadowlands for service is the way to go in NJ in my opinion. More
