I purchased my pre-owned 2015 Ford Mustang GT from Bell Audi yesterday and I was impressed with Ashley’s professionalism as well as knowledge of the car buying process. It was the first time I have purchased a car in over 5 years so I was a little apprehensive of what to expect. However, Ashley was on time for my appointment and gave me her undivided attention through the whole process. Even after the sale when I had an issue with delivery she stepped away from a current customer and saw me through getting my keys and vehicle. I would recommend Ashley to anyone purchasing a vehicle looking for a stress-free buying experience. More

I purchased a vehicle from here in 11/2018. I paid the loan off in full in 7/1019. I then had to attempt for weeks into months to have the dealership show the loan as satisfied so that I could get a refun loan off in full in 7/1019. I then had to attempt for weeks into months to have the dealership show the loan as satisfied so that I could get a refund for my unused gap insurance that was purchased ($750 paid in full) with the original loan. Again, after months and literally 20+ phone calls this was accomplished. I now have the joy of attempting to get my $655 refund from the dealership. I was told months ago that the refund was to be prepared. Here we are in December and no check. Go elsewhere if you want good customer service. More
