Mark is a tech guru My garage door Homelink suddenly stopped working. Homelink could not fix the problem. I called the dealership and was transferred to Mark. He came to My garage door Homelink suddenly stopped working. Homelink could not fix the problem. I called the dealership and was transferred to Mark. He came to my house which is an hour from the dealership. He could not fix the problem at my house but said he would contact Audi tech central to obtain a fix. He called back within 24 hours and said that I could bring my car to the dealership for a software update at my convenience. After the update I went home followed Mark's instructions and I was good to go. Mark was courteous, prompt and persistent and fixed my problem. 5 stars for Mark More

He truly went above and beyond any expectations I may have had and I will remain a loyal customer to this dealership for as long as I lease/own an Audi. We can’t imagine going anywhere else based on this exceptional service. Eric went out of his way to locate the car we wanted (2019 Q5) with very limited resources, and he did this in a record amount of time. He worked with us to negotiate a fantastic 39 month lease, all the while remaining honest and delightful to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions we had, whether via email or phone, and guided us through as much of the paperwork we would need to complete ahead of time, helping us to get in and out of the dealership quicker on the day we took home our car. He arranged a team of professionals to work with us on the financial piece as well as the tech side to learn the ins and outs of the car. Since leaving the dealership with the car he has continued to follow up with us and our insurance company to provide them with the necessary information they needed. He truly was and continues to be a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him and Bell Audi to anyone looking for a car. Sold a certified car - turned out to be a lemon I bought a certified A4 from Bell Audi but continuously had a very specific service issue. I told them about it every time I visited the dealership, b I bought a certified A4 from Bell Audi but continuously had a very specific service issue. I told them about it every time I visited the dealership, but they told me it was the norm. Indeed, it was NOT the norm. It was such a real mechanical issue that there was a class action lawsuit brought against Audi and Audi was responsible for fixing. Bell never informed me and by the time I found out about it, the car had significant mechanical issues. And of course, Bell refused to repair the car. Now I have a junker. If you find that you really want to own an Audi, you may want to think twice, but if you do, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO BELL AUDI. More
