Mark is a tech guru My garage door Homelink suddenly stopped working. Homelink could not fix the problem. I called the dealership and was transferred to Mark. He came to My garage door Homelink suddenly stopped working. Homelink could not fix the problem. I called the dealership and was transferred to Mark. He came to my house which is an hour from the dealership. He could not fix the problem at my house but said he would contact Audi tech central to obtain a fix. He called back within 24 hours and said that I could bring my car to the dealership for a software update at my convenience. After the update I went home followed Mark's instructions and I was good to go. Mark was courteous, prompt and persistent and fixed my problem. 5 stars for Mark More

Eric went out of his way to locate the car we wanted (2019 Q5) with very limited resources, and he did this in a record amount of time. He worked with us to negotiate a fantastic 39 month lease, all the while remaining honest and delightful to work with. He was quick to respond to any questions we had, whether via email or phone, and guided us through as much of the paperwork we would need to complete ahead of time, helping us to get in and out of the dealership quicker on the day we took home our car. He arranged a team of professionals to work with us on the financial piece as well as the tech side to learn the ins and outs of the car.
