2 Lemons I cannot comment on Bell Audi as an Audi dealer, but I did expect that if they sell you a used car, that they stand behind it. I bought 2, admittedly I cannot comment on Bell Audi as an Audi dealer, but I did expect that if they sell you a used car, that they stand behind it. I bought 2, admittedly older cars from what I thought was a reputable business, to find that the reason they were sold as is is because Bell did everything they could to hide some pretty serious issues with both. Make sure that you get a VERY good deal if you are buying from them. I am now $5000 in repairs in and climbing. If they don't offer a warranty - even the 'lemon law' minimum, either walk away or make sure you are spending 2-3k below book value. More

Pleasant Experience We, my and my wife, stepped into Bell Audi to see Ryan Bonderenko as I have been communicating with him over emails for some time. He has been very mu We, my and my wife, stepped into Bell Audi to see Ryan Bonderenko as I have been communicating with him over emails for some time. He has been very much responsive to all of my questions and was quick to respond with request for quotes or configuration of vehicles. But the first person we met was JT (J.T. Tornberg) and from then our search for a pre-owned Audi turned into the purchase of a brand new Audi at a very good deal. JT was very helpful in showing us our options and assisting us in our test drive. Ryan also stepped in occasionally and to close the deal. And then on the signing table, Ryan Schmidt was knowledgeable and patient enough to explain the figures and options. Overall a pleasant experience and nothing to complain about. A nice word about the lady at credit card counter who went above her usual duties to wrap my old number plates in a neat way. More
