I have been a long time Bell Audi customer and intend to remain so. I recently had my Audi in for servicing, as always Jonathan was my service person. Mr. Bondarenko has been very helpful from the moment I stepped in the dealership to make arrangement to buy the car. He periodically keeps in touch to check if I need assistance, to ask whether there were any problems or simply, to ask how I am doing. When I was ready to drive my new car out of the dealership for the first time he introduced me to the various car features, paired my cell phone and introduced me to my first use of a satellite radio, I am partial to soccer and like to listen to it when I drive to and from work. Had bought my car from Princeton Audi CPO A6. Princeton Audi is a joke, they dont care about you once the car is out there lot. I have been using Bell Audi in Edison for around a year and a half now and their service department is terrific. My A4 is a 2008 and for some reason these cars go though A LOT of oil. In fact, my lease is almost up and I plan to lease my next A4 through this dealership mainly because that compared to Princeton Audi and Schneider + Nelson Audi I actually feel that the people at Bell want me to have a great experience.
