This dealership is filled with liars and crooked salesmen and worse management! I pity anyone who doesnt read the reviews and do further research to be educated as to what they are involving themselves in. W and worse management! Walid, the general manager is a liar and will not do what is right by the customer. Brett Smith, salesman...he lies also. He told me I had 7 days to return the car if for any reason I was not satisfied...but when I brought the car back less than 12 hours later with serious safety concerns, Brett disappeared and I had to deal with Walid, the general manager. Walid told me they are not required to do an inspection on the cars they put out on the lot to sell and he also told Mr they are not required to offer a return policy even though their salesman told me I have 7 days to return the car. Which again, I tried to do within 12 hours of driving off the lot. Do not trust anyone at Bell Honda! I've reported them to the BBB and the Attorney General and I am making it my 2nd job to inform people what a mess and crooks Bell Honda is! More

I had received a oil change offer for $39. 95 but by the I called it had expired. The person I spoke to on the phone said she'd still honor it i took the care in but instead of the $39.95 I was 95 but by the I called it had expired. The person I spoke to on the phone said she'd still honor it i took the care in but instead of the $39.95 I was charged right at $80.00 for oil change and tire rotation. The very same day, I received an offer for oil change and tire rotation for $19.95 from Bell Honda. Obbiously, I won't getting my service done by Bell anymore. More
