Bell Honda is an excellent place to purchase a vehicle, traded in A 2013 Chevy Volt and got a 2020 Equinox in Return, the dealers worked hard keep within my expected budget, the only caveate I have is when traded in A 2013 Chevy Volt and got a 2020 Equinox in Return, the dealers worked hard keep within my expected budget, the only caveate I have is when purchase a pre-owned vehicle that is off-brand (I.E not a Honda) you will most likley not drive away with a full tank, they will however throw some extra fuel in there if your car was running, heck they did for me at 3/8 of a tank.
