Steve Emery is the best My wife's key fell apart in our driveway and she couldn't get the blade out of the ignition switch. Steve got the shuttle to drive him to our home and My wife's key fell apart in our driveway and she couldn't get the blade out of the ignition switch. Steve got the shuttle to drive him to our home and he managed to get the blade out and my wife used the spare key to drive to the dealership and get a new key made. Never could get a return call JD was supposed to follow up on a repair/defect issue with my Civic and call me back. Never did. I called main service number and spoke with him directly; he said he'd check and call me back. No return call. Sent an email to customer service on main Bell Honda Service center web page to express my frustration. No reply. If I didn't have an extended warranty, I would get my car serviced elsewhere. More
