Courteous, Knowledgeable, attention to detail, LISTENS George never fails to surprise me. He is not only one of the most friendly Customer Service Managers I have met, but he listens to his customers inpu George never fails to surprise me. He is not only one of the most friendly Customer Service Managers I have met, but he listens to his customers input and adjusts the service needed to correct each problem. He is most helpful to his customers by staying in touch with each Technician assigned to the service ticket. In turn, he comes to his customers with recommended services that should be done and explains the issues with us and obtains a Yes/No or before he gives the tech the OK to proceed. I trust George's honesty and integrity he shows when dealing with each customer. More

Bell Honda is great I called Bell Honda after going to Autozone with my check engine light on. Autozone made me feel like it was going to be a major repair, so I was nerv I called Bell Honda after going to Autozone with my check engine light on. Autozone made me feel like it was going to be a major repair, so I was nervous. I spoke with David D and he reassured me that it may not be so bad and to bring my car in. He diagnosed my car for free and the repair was less than $200! I was expecting it to be more like $1000. Thank you David for your honesty and advice. More
