I had been looking for the right car for over 2 weeks but was unable to find the right car at the right price. I had been looking at the Accord, Altima and Camry for my next car. I had had some bad experiences with sales tactics and dealer markups. I was just looking for a honest price and a friendly salesperson to show me around. Well, Saturday morning I had planned on going to dealerships (Honda, Nissan and Toyota) with the hope to purchase my next car. The plan was to go to the Honda dealership first because as I told my wife "I will go to Honda first because I wont get a car with this visit" and when I go to the dealership my experience was great. The salesperson, Gary E. was very knowledgeable and able to explain all the features and options. There were no sales tactics used they were upfront and when I asked to negotiate more on my trade-in they worked with me. Gary and Lee also worked with me on getting custome leather in my 2013 Accord LX for a very reasonable price. Matt then helped me with financing. I got the upgraded alarm system to make sure there is no burglery. My wife and I have found our go to Honda dealer and will be back for the next car we need. More

I have come in numerous times to get my vehicle serviced for an oil change or regular maintenance check. Doug has helped me every time I have come in and does a great job. He explains everything that needs to be done without being pushy and will tell me if something needs to be fixed or not. I never have to wait long and he is a very personable employee. I have been so satisfied I have referred friends/family to go to this dealership and ask for him even if they don't have a Honda. We had a wonderful experience with Bell Honda.... and I credit it largely with our excellent salesman, Steve Quina. Steve stayed late to meet with us at 8pm at night, since we were coming up to Phoenix al credit it largely with our excellent salesman, Steve Quina. Steve stayed late to meet with us at 8pm at night, since we were coming up to Phoenix all the way from Tucson. Once we got there and found the car of our dreams, he did everything he could to facilitate the process for us. I found him to be professional, very knowledgeable, and very thorough about getting us answers to every question we had. Oh, and I forgot to say patient.... once we decided on the car, he was very patient with all my negotatiations and eventually got me the car for the down payment, monthly car payment, and interest rate I asked for. We left there after midnight with a wonderful 2012 Prius at a better price, and better financing than I could have imagined. Thank you, Steve! I'd do business with you again in a heartbeat. You are a true pleasure to work with. One of the best salesman I've ever dealt with! I especially liked how knowledgeable and well organized he was. More

Ok... just to start.. Tyler was great. He was the sales guy and was super friendly and seemed like an actual human being. (he has only been there 2 months, so Bell Honda did not corrupt him yet) Hopefully guy and was super friendly and seemed like an actual human being. My wife and I get calls from this dealership almost weekly about trading in our 2006 honda civic that we bought there in 2010. When we told them straight out our financial situation, they said they would try and work with us, After test driving a car we liked, they tried to make the numbers work but it wasnt going to happen. William had claimed he talked with the bank, but he had only left the desk for a moment...no way he could have called ANYONE that quick. We have been Honda customers since 2003 and have good standing with them but were unable to get a car due to what William said "we really let ourselves go down with honda finance." I told him we had not made this months payment yet due to us coming in to see if we could trade in the car for a new vehicle. He then quickly responded with a "I guess this isnt going to work, id just stick with the car you have" and quickly ushered us to the door. THIS all happened after our previous terrible experience back in 2010.... We were told that they found us an AUTOMATIC 2001 civic that we had wanted but it was raining so hard(streets flooded) that we couldn't test drive it. We were out of time, and they assured us it was the car we wanted. We went ahead and signed the paperwork with the understanding that if we had any issues they would help us out. When we took delivery of the car, it was a stick.... neither of us can drive a stick so we took it home for a day or so and were told if we could not do it, we could return it for our money back. We returned the car and were then told NO we could not get a refund, but we could use the money paid towards a down payment but we could not have a refund as they had said. We decided to get into another car, and once again were told more lies...free oil changes, car washes and a $150 check from the finance guy for us taking his extended warranty. We called a week or so later and since we got none of this in writing... they werent going to give us any of it and that the guy who promised us the $150 had been fired for offering stuff that he wasnt allowed to. Shame on us for actually believing a guy working customer service at a so-called reputable business. Why we went back I have no idea....but we wont make that mistake again! More
