Tanner was unbelievably helpful. He took care of filing a claim and that saved me a ton of money. He was responsive and kept me updated throughout the day regarding my car. Ben helped me in the service department and was very disrespectful and rude. I came in with a coupon and he demanded to know why I didn’t come in more often and if I just took back there report to my me disrespectful and rude. He pulled up picked of my car from over a year ago making recommendations before my car left the parking lot! Luckily I told his manger about his unprofessional behavior who apologized profusely.
