I was first quoted 2700 for my service. The repair had to be done in two separate services because they had to order parts. The first repair was 2300. When it was time for the second repair it was 1300. My original service person was sick so I had to argue with the second service advisor about the estimate to no avail. I will NEVER walk into Bell Honda again. Totally got screwed and I purchased my vehicle there. More

I have no problem with the service that was done. My issues lie with the communication between the service team and myself. There was none. I had to seek out answers rather than someone texting/calling/finding me in the lobby. And rather than the 3 hour window I was told, I waited 5 hours. When I asked what the problem was, I was told it was a communication error. The solution was 10% off future service. What I wanted was not to have to pay for the oil change I got. I will not be returning for future service unless it’s another recall. More
