They do a good job booking appointment times. I always prepare to probably have to hang around in the wait area for a couple of hours or more. No!! I’ve called and texted many times to multiple people at the dealership including my salesman, the sales manager, the assistant manager and internet fleet manager to request a copy of the order from the “we owe you” part and no one will respond, despite multiple promises. I am highly skeptical that the part was even ordered. Very, very disappointing and an unfair and unprofessional way to conduct business. More
