I took my car in for a LOF and for Honda Safety Recall. I have no idea when my car is supposed to be fixed and its a safety recall. The service writer was very rash with my concern of the recall and told me “Good luck, that part is on back order”. I have no clue if my name is on the list to receive the recall nor was I explained anything about anything. 1.5 hrs for a LOF and no information on the recall. Last I checked an LOF should be out of the dealer in 45 minutes otherwise whats the point? I know exactly what its like to be a lube tech all the way to an A Tech and I was not impressed with the lack of concern or the time it took for a simple job. More

Did not keep their promise to buy us a garage door opener because the Honda CR-V we were purchasing lacked one.
