Ben helped me in the service department and was very disrespectful and rude. I came in with a coupon and he demanded to know why I didn’t come in more often and if I just took back there report to my me disrespectful and rude. I’ve called and texted many times to multiple people at the dealership including my salesman, the sales manager, the assistant manager and internet fleet manager to request a copy of the order from the “we owe you” part and no one will respond, despite multiple promises. I am highly skeptical that the part was even ordered. Very, very disappointing and an unfair and unprofessional way to conduct business. More
