Honda does NOT care about it's customers at all. They see an issue over and over and just care about how much money they can make off of you. We had our vehicle in at least 8 times for the same issu They see an issue over and over and just care about how much money they can make off of you. We had our vehicle in at least 8 times for the same issue and they kept telling us it was fixed but it wasn't. When our extended warranty was up, and it went in for the same issue, they expected us to pay out of pocket. Since I needed my car, I had no option but to pay them for work they have done multiple times before. When I spoke to my service advisor, Joshua, I was told Honda refused to cover any of the cost for warranty work and we had to pay over $4K to replace parts for the third time. Honda had my car for almost 5 weeks, and when the rebuild company couldn't do the work for half the cost, we had no option but to pay this ridiculous amout of money. I have been a loyal Honda owner since 2001 but I will never own another Honda after how badly thisnwhole situation was handled. This whole situation could have been handled better, especially when you know thisnvehicle is a lemon and a manufacturer defect with the power steering from the start. Honda needs to work on their people skills and customer satisfaction. More
