We made a quick call into Bell Honda's service center and got set up with our advisor Tim Carrasco. He got us in quickly and we found out the compressor needed to be replaced. It took a few hours to complete but we were ecstatic to get it done before the trip!! Tim was great! Kept us updated. The trip through Yuma to San Diego was so much more pleasant! Can you imagine Yuma and no AC??!! Many thanks to Tim and those fantastic mechanics!!! More

He let me know that I also needed to change some air filters that I'd forgot about. They were super dirty. He also offered to rotate my tires for me. Everything was done really quickly for a "walk-in appointment". Plus I love that they do a courtesy wash and vacuuming of my vehicle! I highly recommend Tim Carrasco at Bell Honda! More
Ripped Off, and Scammed at the Service Department I had a leak from my 2001 Honda Accord. I had my transmission rebuilt about two weeks prior to this leak. Bell Honda did not replace the transmission I had a leak from my 2001 Honda Accord. I had my transmission rebuilt about two weeks prior to this leak. Bell Honda did not replace the transmission. I started first and took my car back to the transmission garage. He check it out said "not the transmission that I had a leak at the drain plug." I then ran down to Bell Honda and worked with Steve Emery. I told him what the other mechanic stated it was the drain pan plug only. He took the car back to inspect, came out and told me I needed to replace my left axel @ $308.50. The leak was $517.44 . Again which I already paid for the same leak on 10/21/18, which was nine months earlier, and cost me $517.44 who ever repaired the leak the first time stripped the screw. Again only 1,081 miles. Replace drive belts $70.00. Replace timing belt $829.91. Came out of Bell Honda with a bill of $1,820.47, prior to that 9 months earlier came out of Bell Honda with a bill for $1,421.41, I can go on and on. I came home and got my previous invoices out and discovered I had my timing belt replace 17,344 miles ago. NO one gets a timing belt replaced after 17,344 miles I checked my manual that came with the car stated 105,000 miles or 84 months (7 years) or if you live in extremely hot conditions it's 60,000. It says nothing about getting a new timing belt at 17,344 miles. I am 73 year old women that really got RIPPED-OFF. Every time I took my car in for an oil change I came out with huge bills. Over 1,00.00 each time. Be careful of the "Complete Courtesy Multi Point Inspection" This happened to me over and over again. I trusted him. What a fool I was. I definitely will NEVER go to that garage again! More

Unwanted phone call I had my 2009 Honda Accord in the service department on 4/5/19 for two recalls. While I didn't have any issues with the service department, although I had my 2009 Honda Accord in the service department on 4/5/19 for two recalls. While I didn't have any issues with the service department, although I got the usual, "you need this, and this, and this phone call", it went smoothly. Less than 24 hours later, I received a call from the sales department claiming they were low on used cars to sell. He wanted to know the mileage on my car. Remember it was just in the day before and service did note the mileage. He said they had 5,000 miles listed for my car. He knew it didn't have that. This is a ploy to get people in to try to sell them a new car. I told him he just lost a customer. I may go back for service, but I will NEVER buy a car here. More
DISHONESTY and DECEPTION............ DISHONESTY and DECEPTION. This dealership has been one bad experience after another, and VERY UNRECOMMENDED! When we purchased our new Honda, th DISHONESTY and DECEPTION. This dealership has been one bad experience after another, and VERY UNRECOMMENDED! When we purchased our new Honda, they snuck an alarm system by us, stating that "we have to have these installed since our cars are vandalized at night". It would be advised to check your invoice when purchasing a vehicle here, because it was a $900 add-on for a low grade system. Also we were told that we had to purchase a service contract, or have to pay $150 every 6 months to "have the computer reset", and if we didn't, "the car would not run anymore". 6 months later, the vehicle was brought in for its first Zaktek paint treatment (more on this $500 boondoggle later). I told the service advisor to go ahead with the six-month computer upgrade at the same time. His answer was "WHAT??". Two other advisors also looked at me like I was some kind of moron, and that my vehicle did not require this service. At the second visit, our car was held onto for an inordinate period of time, just for the Zaktek treatment and an oil change. Over 5 hours had passed, and my wife had enough. She went to the advisor and asked how much longer it would take for service. The paperwork was lost, and for at least a few minutes no one could update the status. Then they located it, and brought the car out about 1/2 hour later. When we got home, I lifted the hood just to make sure the oil cap was tightened properly, and low and behold, a new battery was installed. NOWHERE ON THE INVOICE was this mentioned. The advisor also did not tell us about any problem, or that the battery was changed out. Upon our most recent visit, I mentioned that there was a problem with the AC / heater blower along with our Zaktek appointment. They checked everything, and at 12:45 PM I had a call from the advisor that they could not find any problems, and they would now start the paint treatment and call me when it was finished. A mere 45 minutes later, our car was "done". OR WAS IT?? When making an appointment, they tell you one of these treatments takes 3 hours. Presumably, the vehicle has to be washed (and dried) to apply the paint protection. When we picked up the car, there was still water dripping from the back hatch, so it was never dried to apply the treatment- in fact, there was still dirt on the back painted bumper. So it appears that the car was merely washed and then handed back to us. 6 of these treatments is a $500 add-on, so at over $80 each, this is not chump change. After I got home and determined that in fact the paint treatment we paid for was not performed as stated on the invoice, I also saw an advisory that my "air cleaner element was dirty", and it needed to be replaced. WRONG. Just put a brand new one in two weeks ago. By this time, I was extremely upset!! About 5 minutes later, I get a call from a Bell Honda representative. I was asked what service I had, and I said "Zaktek, well at least that's what it said on the invoice". The response was "Oh, did they reschedule your appointment, because the Zaktek machine was broken". No one mentioned this fact when I picked up the car. It is obvious that since the warranty inspection took up too much time, and Bell Honda could not perform any paying work, that they had to make money by not performing a service that I paid for in advance. And the Bell rep was merely calling me to see if I wanted to sell my car, not really to check on the service (or lack thereof). Another thing one can expect from this dealership is A LOT of sales calls wanting you to come by and trade your car in, even as soon as one year after your purchase. This person checked with the advisor, and he swears that the treatment was performed. Which, of course, it wasn't. MEMO TO BELL HONDA: ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE not STUPID!! I will go to another dealer for service for now on. Am happy with our car, but this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. BY FAR More
