Joshua has always been great when providing service for my Honda vehicles. He has been my service advisor since 2013 when I purchased my first CRV. I had a tricky tire light on my CRV and there was never a problem bringing the car in to have it checked out and fixed between oil changes. Most of the time it was a tricky tire light. One time there was a nail in the tire. I was brought a picture of the tire and where the nail was located on the tire. I’m happy to take my vehicle back to Joshua and Bell Honda for service. More

When I originally brought my car in I didn’t get Josh because he was off that day . Was not happy with the results. I spent around $2500 fixing the same issue I had the last time I was there. The car buying experience at Bell Honda was the most exasperating car purchase that I’ve ever experienced. It lasted almost 7 hours and except for the test drive, I rarely knew what I was waiting for. T exasperating car purchase that I’ve ever experienced. It lasted almost 7 hours and except for the test drive, I rarely knew what I was waiting for. The salesman knew very little about the car he was selling so instead he told me numerous golf stories some of them multiple times. The credit manager told me that the car has so many computer chips that they are not all under warranty for the warranty period. At that point the sales manager had to step in because I wanted out of the deal. The sales manager’s explanation was that credit manager was referring to the warranty being a limited warranty. Whatever that means. The salesman then tried to explain what we needed to know about the car we had purchased but we gave up after he couldn’t get our phones linked to the car. We then waited almost 45 minutes while the salesman tried to find both sets of keys for the new vehicle and our trade. The salesman was then supposed to follow us home so we could give him the title for our trade but he forgot. There was no follow up call from the dealership asking us about our satisfaction. When I took the title in for our trade I told the sales manager that I needed the window sticker and cargo mat that should have been included. I also didn’t want to alienate the service department so I said I would not write a scathing review. After receiving my missing items and having my first service appointment, I felt the dealership should be reviewed. In summary, I like my Pilot but it still has a few problems but it would be a complete waste of time to get them resolved at Bell Honda. Joseph Dade 330-705-3212 More
Very inconsistent, last time I was there service advisor wanted to change my oil early (roughly 40% remaining on Maintenance Minder), this time the guy said they wouldn’t change it to till it dropped below wanted to change my oil early (roughly 40% remaining on Maintenance Minder), this time the guy said they wouldn’t change it to till it dropped below 10%. Was there for one recall, was not sure if they could do the second one done also, was told 3-5 hours, ended up getting both done, but was never advised. All work was completed early, which is great, but why “quote” 3-5 hours and get it done in 90 minutes? Some kind of text update system would be nice, or a phone call, or a heads up of some kind. Service advisor wasn’t very personable, demeanor was professional, but lacked people skills, just not enough customer service experience. More
