Took my Honda CR-V in for the 40,000 mile service, but they messed it up. forgot to install screws on the underside. A week later, I went back, and they blamed bumpy roads for the missing screws. Then they charged me $60 to fix it and said I needed new filters. If the filters were due, what exactly did they do during the original service? Totally unprofessional and unclear.
