Purchasing my car was the best experience. Service center is great. I never have a problem getting in. I do have a recall on my vehicle fuel pump and when i was there the last time I asked a Service center is great. I never have a problem getting in. I do have a recall on my vehicle fuel pump and when i was there the last time I asked about it and was told it would be a few months because they did not have the part. That's the 1st time I have ever been told I had an issue with my car but I need to wait a fee months. Other than that I have no complaints. People are awesome. Service is fast. More
My experience with customer service has been below expectations by far. First, they schedule me on a weekend where I was supposed to get my windows shaded but it turns out, they do not do this service expectations by far. Second, the work needed to fix my fuel lid require parts that they did not have or ordered ahead of time. I spent half a day wasting time between driving and waiting for them. The service guy (Benjamin) said he will order the needed part and get back to us to reschedule. I had to call after 3 weeks to get ius on schedule. It seems it is chaotic workplace and I am not really sure that I will buy cars from this dealer in the future. More
I took my car in for a LOF and for Honda Safety Recall. They didnt give me any information about the recall nor did they even inspect the vehicle for the recall as I was not made aware that anything was be They didnt give me any information about the recall nor did they even inspect the vehicle for the recall as I was not made aware that anything was being done. I have no idea when my car is supposed to be fixed and its a safety recall. The service writer was very rash with my concern of the recall and told me “Good luck, that part is on back order”. I have no clue if my name is on the list to receive the recall nor was I explained anything about anything. 1.5 hrs for a LOF and no information on the recall. Last I checked an LOF should be out of the dealer in 45 minutes otherwise whats the point? I know exactly what its like to be a lube tech all the way to an A Tech and I was not impressed with the lack of concern or the time it took for a simple job. More
