3 of my last 4 visits have been awful. They try to trick you by pretending they are giving you a great deal on items that are covered on an extended warranty. I recently had an excellent experience thanks to Faith. She was incredibly personable and helpful throughout the entire process. She also assisted me in getting a rental car and kept me updated, calling me when my car was finished being worked on.
