I was informed my credit score is 620 when its 700. Given high interest rate and wrongfully sold a uses vehicle just to get off the lot. Won't be recommending this business location at all. This dealership misrepresents, and acts in bad faith throughout the purchase process. I would no recommend anyone buy at this dealership. There are many other better and honest places to shop, namely C throughout the purchase process. I would no recommend anyone buy at this dealership. There are many other better and honest places to shop, namely Carmax where you are treated with respect, pay a small dealer doc fee, and have the ability to return the car if there is a problem with the vehicle after you buy. Bell Road Mitsubishi will say whatever they have to say to make a deal, and then do nothing to honor other word post purchase. It is nearly impossible to speak with Management, and voice mails are full not allowing customers to leave messages. Im disgusted with the business practices there, and would NEVER purchase a vehicle from them again. If you want to expose yourself to stress, and risk being taken advantage of, then by all means shop Bell Road Mitsubishi! Lawrence in finance was surprisingly good to deal with regardless of the poor business ethics across the board. If you prefer to deal with honest, and upfront Salespeople then shop elsewhere. You will be glad you did. More
