After researching what we wanted for about three months, we decided on a Kia Soul from Bell Road Mitsubishi from the Cargurus' website. Arrangements were made through the website to meet with a dealer salesperson. On the appointed day we arrived at the dealership for a test drive. After the test drive was finished we sat down with our salesperson, Wisam Khaleefa, and sales manager, Jason Russell. Arrived at a deal quickly, filled out the paperwork for our trade-ins and met with finance manager, Laurence Ortiz, to finalize the paperwork. The next day we arrived to pick up our "new to us" car. We turned in the keys for our trades and were handed a key to our new Kia Soul. The only after sale issue was a second electronic key which was provided by the dealership's contracted locksmith, quickly and efficiently. Overall our sales team and after sale support have been excellent. We would highly recommend Bell Road Mitsubishi! More

During the process of selling my moms car, we took our mitsubishi here to repair a few minor things with the car, get an oil change and a detail. One of the minor repairs was not done and it didn't even look like they attempted to clean the car at all. Eddie called a few days later asking for a review, unknowing of our experience. As soon as he heard he was eager to go above and beyond to correct what wasn't done in ONE DAY and I had an absolutely amazing customer experience when giving them a second chance. Really happy with the change in management and how much they value making sure the customer is happy with what work was done on the car.
