Abel wasn't all that up front and then got mad at me multiple times. He made it clear he was frustrated with body language and tone. But then in financing I was told because I did such a low down payment it affected my APR. I also had asked for the workup of what was done on the car and it took way too long to get it. Now I've still been waiting for Ash to give me info and I've had to call over 5x to speak to Ash. He actually told me he "lost my number", but now still hasn't called me back. This has been a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend this dealership. More

I drove three hours to Phoenix to test drive and possibly purchase a 2019 Ram Laramie. When I arrived I test drove the vehicle and sat down with a very helpful salesman. We then sat down to negotiate the pri purchase a 2019 Ram Laramie. When I arrived I test drove the vehicle and sat down with a very helpful salesman. We then sat down to negotiate the price finally settling on a price of about 21k after my trade-in, which they had me sign their sheet of paper agreeing to the price. Then I’m told that the paper with the pricing was for the wrong Ram and the Ram I want to purchase is 29k OTD. The price breakdown for the vehicle also included a GPS, window tint, and a vehicle refresh (which is supposedly changing fluids and so-on). I purchased the vehicle despite what can be described as deceptive business practices. The he dealer never provided me with instructions on the GPS and its app, which cost 800$. The tint which they charged me for was not new, this is evident by the tar stains on the front window tint, and there was no cabin filter. I had serious thought about contacting the federal and state consumer affairs and filing a claim for deceptive business practices but just don’t have the time and energy. Again the sales rep was great, but the sales management and dealers fees for services not provided was unsatisfactory to say the least. More
