I was treated quite poorly and was run in circles trying to fix an issue that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Abel assure me that aspects of my car such as the tires and windshield wipers h to fix an issue that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Abel assure me that aspects of my car such as the tires and windshield wipers had been replaced (were brand new) and the first day I bought my car the tire lights came on and my windshield wipers peeled off while I was driving on the free way. I had to replace my wipers and two back tires the same day I bought the car. When I spoke to ash he was quite rude and arrogant. Rafi was the only one that was of helpful assistance. When I continued to call back to get updates I kept receiving excuses as to why I was not reimbursed yet for the expenses of my tires. Mind you at this point I had gone back to the dealership, 30 mins out of the way for me one way, 3 times and it was still more excuses. On the final visit I had to the dealership, it wasn't until I told them I would pursue legal action if they didn't reimburse me that they actually did something about it. Ash is condescending and rude and Abel was just a skeevy car sales person, the type everyone warns about when purchasing cars. I have never experienced this poor of customer service and unprofessionalism in my life and I will never go back to that dealership again. More

Richie was very nice and competent. He knew about this Buick Enclave eventhougt the dealer does mostly Mitsubishi vehicles. He's knowledgeable in his job. He spent time showing us how to use electronic controls which we had never had before. He was also very helpful after his role as sales person was finished in dealing with problems completing terms of sale by service department. He went above and beyond to see that we were happy with our purchase and all terms of sale were fulfilled. He also worked with Ash to help us with pricing on sale. We brought up difference in fees from another Buick dealer. He was interested in the quote we had received. Ash was responsive to our price sensitivity. He and Richie worked together to make the sale possible for us. We took the vehicle on a family trip with 5.5 hours of driving and it was the most comfortable we have ever been with 4 adults and a growing poodle puppy. Thank you. More

I would only get major repairs done here.
