Terrible service, terrible communication, car is still out of commission. I think what’s worse here is I spoke to the GM of this dealership yet still had problems and never did hear from the service manag out of commission. Michelle was helpful and responsive over the 15 month wait time. I didn't personally didn't deal with Jack, but my friend did and he had a very frustrating time. He ordered his truck before me and he's s wait time. I didn't personally didn't deal with Jack, but my friend did and he had a very frustrating time. Went in to have T-stat replaced on 2003 F-350. I was kept informed what was going on with the repair. Offered to take me to another appointment I had scheduled if repairs took longer than expected I was kept informed what was going on with the repair. Offered to take me to another appointment I had scheduled if repairs took longer than expected. Didn’t need the shuttle because work was done when promised and price was what was estimated. Way to go people!!! More
