Very poor follow up to my interest in buying an F150 SuperCrew 4x4 hybrid, even though they had one! Contacted them 3 times, by phone, chat, email. Finally got back to me a week later, saying they jus SuperCrew 4x4 hybrid, even though they had one! Contacted them 3 times, by phone, chat, email. My truck was towed to shop on a Wednesday. I called several times, spoke to the service manager asking for updates. Never received a single call back. Then after 6 days in the shop and assurances it wa several times, spoke to the service manager asking for updates. Never received a single call back. Then after 6 days in the shop and assurances it was worked on and done, I had to call again to check the status. It was at that time I was informed Bellingham Ford had my truck in the body shop because they plowed into it while plowing their parking lot. Currently I am being asked to provide feedback before anyone from the facility has even called me as requested to inform me whether the damage they caused has been repaired. I guess I’ll call them again to check the status. If I wasn’t forced to take this truck to the dealer, I certainly would avoid this business. More
