Poor communication. We dropped off our truck on a Friday at 8:30 am for a simple evaluation of our backup camera system. Told us they would call in the afternoon never heard a word. We called several times at 8:30 am for a simple evaluation of our backup camera system. Told us they would call in the afternoon never heard a word. We called several times and left several messages because no one would answer the phone. Finally, on Wednesday!, had to call another department and ask them to take a note to the service department that we want our truck! They didn’t do what we had asked and charged us $160 for ZERO results! Wanted $900+ to replace the camera which is not what we asked them to do. Since it was now a few days later we had gotten sick. We asked if we could pay over the phone so our friends could pick up our truck (as to not possibly infect anyone) and they wouldn’t take payment over the phone! I swore off taking our truck to them last time and this was the final straw! It’s been terrible every time! More
