Ive been to this dealership two time. Thay have treated me respectfully. The did the work I needed done quickly and saved me some money. Less than at another place. Great people. me respectfully. I tried to make appointment for approximately 3 weeks, phone goes to message saying leave a message and we will call you. Several messages were left and I never got a callback. I had to go there to make an appointment because of them not returning calls. I made the appointment, took my truck in at the scheduled time 1:00pm, they said I can pick truck up at 3:00pm. Went there at 3 the truck was sitting in same spot where I parked it, went in to see if truck was ready, truck was forgot about, I had to leave and came back 1/2 hour later, they said truck was ready. I ordered the works for my diesel f250. All fluids were not topped off the DEF and the wiper washing fluids were not tended to. Again I called and got the same we are busy leave a message. I did not leave message because they probably would not call back, as before. I just had my truck totally detailed inside and out before my appointment to get servicen I spent $500 for detail. I told service manager to have mechanics use mechanic covers because I don't want any scratches, he said ok. When I picked up the truck I walked around it to check for any damages. I did not find scratches or dents, but greasy fingerprints were on the front hood of the truck. I have taken my truck to this dealership since new in 2017 and I still only have 14,000 miles on it. Usually when I would pick up my truck it was always freshly washed, the fingerprints would have not been on my freshly detailed truck. More
