When we arrived Tony Rodio approached my husband and I and asked if we needed any assistance. We asked his direction to some particular models and he provided us with details about makes and models curre and asked if we needed any assistance. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and competent with the questions we posed to him. (My husband is a "car guy":) We asked lots of questions and Mr. Rodio answered them all and it was obvious he knew exactly what was on the lot, the differences between the particular models, and the price ranges of them, as well. He put my husband and I at ease immediately, and we did not feel any pressure to make a decision we were not ready to make. Mr. Rodio impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism.
