We were looking for an Equinox LT. Tony Rodio came out to help us. My husband is on oxygen and he very help full on making sure he didn't have to walk to far . I am giving this rating to Tony Rodio, my sales person on the purchase of my Chevrolet Captiva. Tony met me the first day I just randomly stopped in. He set up an appointment for the next day, and had the the purchase of my Chevrolet Captiva. Tony met me the first day I just randomly stopped in. He set up an appointment for the next day, and had the car ready for me to test drive. Immediately following the decision to go forward, he had me sit with the finance department. I had a fraud alert recently put on my credit, and they did not include my phone number. Therefore, Ally Financial needed me to call the credit bureaus and give the proof needed that I was, in fact, the person applying for credit. This was a cumbersome task, given how busy I am. Tony obtained the phone numbers of the 3 credit bureaus, and followed up with me daily to see how I was making out. Once done, and approval obtained from Ally Financial, he set the appointment up for me to come in and sign all the paperwork. His goal was to have the financing paperwork complete prior to me coming in. His main concern, at all times, was to make this as smooth and easy a process as he could for me. The entire process from start to finish was a positive, and pleasant experience. Part of this transaction was trading in my son's 1999 Mustang. We thought we had emptied the car, and my son realized, a few hours after I was home, that he had left his Saint Anthony pin over the visor. This pin has special significance as it has been in every car my son has driven since he obtained his license, and been with him since my mother's death. I called Tony, and he assured me that he would go get it. Not only did he get it, but it was hand delivered to us that night. This is the kind of customer service that you cannot "train". Bennett Chevrolet is lucky to have such an asset, an employee who has personal integrity, and cares enough to go above and beyond; that does not make you feel like a customer, but instead as someone who matters. I would recommend everyone I know to Bennett Chevrolet, and although I am sure all of your sales people are as good as Tony, it would be Tony that I would personally recommend all of my friends to go through. More
