I have gave the dealership all 5 because when we first went we had meet a salesperson that said "it was nothing he could do for us and that are wishes was unrealistic " and kept trying to put us in someth went we had meet a salesperson that said "it was nothing he could do for us and that are wishes was unrealistic " and kept trying to put us in something that we didn't want . So me and my husband decided to walk out and go up the road to another Bennett Chevrolet place following week. So in the meantime the same salesperson called us back and said he got want we want so we went down there and it was not what we wanted so that was a disappointment to me now he had wasted my time so we decided to walk out.. While we was preceding to walk out a salesperson name Richard Gonzalas comes up and ask us "wants our problem " and we explained the situation to him and he said we our going to give you what you want and we searched and searched then we found our dream truck. I was in the market for an Equinox. I had done my own research on the vehicle as well as my trade-in value. I met with Tony, we reviewed all my wants and he proceeded to search for the vehicle both on t research on the vehicle as well as my trade-in value. After discussion, we searched the lot and found a vehicle which I really liked. In the meantime, my vehicle was assessed and I was given a trade-in value along with an estimate of cost which was right in line with what I wanted to pay. Let me start by saying that the deal I got on my 2013 Sonic was amazing. The features it included for the price I paid trumped every competitor car in that price range. He was very upfront and realistic about everything - a big plus, and was also knowledgable of the extensive features on my car. My one complaint is that when I got into my car, started it, and released the clutch (it's a 5spd manual), the car lurched forward a couple feet and stalled because the technician that had parked it there had left it in first gear.. Now I'm probably partially at fault for not checking if it was in neutral, but I felt that was unnecessary because I had expected the technicians at Bennett to know better (apparently not). Luckily the emergency brake was on and the car stopped just short of hitting the brand new Silverado parked in front of it. Aside from that event, I am fully satisfied with the services provided by Bennett Chevrolet and would buy a car from them again. More
