Chris, I am sorry to hear about your experience with Andrew. Andrew has a history of providing top notch professionalism with all of his customers. It appears that he has tried to do the same for you, but none of our banks were accommodating. As you mentioned some of them, were the same banks that you have had a bad experience with before. Unfortunately based upon your current situation, a substantial down payment may be the only hope. If you decide that you want us to resummit with a down payment we would be glad to help. Chris, Because we are not the actual bank making the decisions. I don't want to guess at terms and rates. At best I am going to have one bank offering an approval, and we are both subject to their terms. I will not continue to work this with the banks until I know that you are positive that the money down is ok. I must stress that we are still subject to the banks final decision. Cecil

Chris, The bank that agreed to try and help was GM Financial. I resent everything today with them knowing that there had been issues in the past, but they eluded that they thought with that amount down they could get it through. It looked great until they reviewed the history of why your previous loan was late and they said the comments in the system from the collectors stated that your excuses lacked credibility. I am now at a loss as to anyone else that might provide hope. Our worst case banks such as Drive also state that you have not paid them. Your past situation of not being able to make your payments has exhausted anyone that I would normally go to. If you have any other ideas, I would be glad to pursue them for you. Cecil

Thank you for all your help. I appreciate it a lot. I have nevet heard of Drive, but maybe they are affiliated with another financial organization. I guess I will have to wait until I clear up more of my credit. Thanks again!

Chris, Sorry that I could not be of more help at this time. I don't know your current vehicle status, but there are new Chevy vehicles such as the Sonic or Cruze that the banks are sometimes more flexible with if you want me to try those with a $3500 down payment. Cecil

Chris, I greatly appreciate it. Please be careful with the Buy Here- Pay Here vehicle. Don't over extend yourself or it will be difficult to trade out in the future. Keep it inexpensive and I am sure at some point the banks will become a little more liberal and we can help at that time. I just don't want to see you taking on a lot of negative equity.
